Q: How do we know you are SEBI registered?

A: Please go to SEBI website and check it.

Q: What documents do I need to share with you?

A: We don't need your PAN card photo/image, we just need your name, address, PAN card number and date of birth. (As per SEBI Rules for your KYC.)

Q: After taking the fees, will you not disconnect or block my WhatsApp and Mobile number?

A: No, We are a SEBI registered firm and provide you invoice for services.

Q: Do you take profit sharing or work in profit sharing?

A: No, We only charge feesfor our services.

Q: Do you handle accounts?

A: No, Account handling is not the job of any RA.

Q: Will you support me after I trade in the live market or if I need any help or advice?

A: Yes, We are available on WhatsApp and Phone calls. (24x7)

Q: Will you count your service days (Paid) as normal days or trading days?

A: On the basis of Normal days only.

Q: If I join the service mid-month, when will my service end?

A: 30/45/90 days will be counted from the day you join the service.

Q: Can we pay the monthly fees in two parts?

A: No.

Q: Will we get any discount or festival discount in future?

A: No, Because our fees are already discounted.
